My name is Tom Kraabel and I am currently in a job search. As an American who has lived half of his adult life outside the US, my plan for this blog is to bring this unique view to others in transition and anyone interested in pursuing a global career.
By way of introduction, I am a global human resources leader skilled in developing and deploying strategic (yet practical) plans for leading change, building culture, and improving organizational performance. Actively searching for my next role, your organization will benefit from:
